Nursery and a Name

We are both so thrilled with how the nursery has turned out!  We still have a few minor touches here and there that we are still working on (like filling picture frames with some photos), but it has really turned out just as I hoped.  And even more exciting than that, we decided to share his name with everyone!  Our sweet little nugget has been called my Grahamer Jammer for quite some time now, and I was eager to share with the world!  His full name is Graham David.  David is a family name -- his Papa Mango (Charlie's dad) is David, Charlie's middle name is David, and Papa Mark's middle name was also David.  It ties together the men who will have the biggest influence on our son.  We chose Graham because it is a strong, English name.  The English meaning actually refers to "homestead" or "farm home."  I find it quite fitting, since Charlie and I were married on his parent's farm.  Graham is the beautiful and precious gift we've been given, grown from the foundation of our love.  Our home will always be where we are together, and our Graham is just that -- our love, together.

Tomorrow, I'll hit the 32 week mark!  At our appointment today, Graham's heart rate was 147 and my belly measured spot on for 32 weeks.  In just over a week, we will finally head to MI to see our families before the wee guy arrives! I can't believe his expected birthday is only 8 weeks away!
